12" x 120 tooth CUSTOM MAIN BLADE (FLAT FACE) CUSTOM MAIN BLADES (FLAT FACE) are designed to cut longer, faster, and eliminate chips and wavy "S" edge gaps on edge banding.
CUSTOM MAIN BLADES (FLAT FACE) are designed to work with ONE PIECE SOLID SCORERS for better edge banding. They eliminate top and bottom chips on melamine, wood veneers, oak and birch plys.
Note: Specify GENERAL FREE CUT where no edgebanding is done and slight wavy edge is acceptable. Specify STRAIGHT EDGEBAND CUT for operations where melamine edge is to be edge banded and no slight wavy edge is allowable.
